Efficient and safe operation is a lot about competence, preventive maintenance and efficient repair work. Our service organization can help you with the most of your needs. Our service technicians are internally trained with us and have a great deal of knowledge about your boilers/heating systems.

      Here you can register your electric boiler and take advantage of our material warranty for 2 years.
      The warranty is valid from the date of installation, provided that it occurs within 6 months from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

      Service agreement

      Osby Parca offers the opportunity to sign beneficial and cost-effective service agreements.

      Each customer is unique with different needs. Therefore, we offer customer-specific service agreements. In addition to servicing and all planned maintenance, we will be available if there’s any problem to minimize the time of a shutdown. Customers with service agreements are prioritized in our daily work. Our service technician shows up on appointment and helps solve your problems.

      Spare parts
      As an addition to your service agreement we can offer customized and advantageous deals for spare parts. These contains wear out parts normally used at planned maintenance but also components critical to the daily operation.

      Inspection of biomass boiler or oil boiler.
      We can now offer an inspection of your existing boiler, containing:

      • Visual inspection of the boiler exterior.
      • Visual inspection of the boiler’s interior.
      • Visual inspection of the boiler additional equipment.
      • Control of function, such as roster movement and hydraulic function.
      • Any urgent problems are fixed immediately. Any spare part is billed.
      • A proposal for action is presented.

      Control / service electric boiler.
      We can now offer a service of your boiler at a very good price, containing:

      • Visual inspection of the boiler exterior.
      • Visual inspection of the boiler’s interior.
      • Check-up and resistance measuring of immersion heaters.
      • Control of the control system functions.
      • Insulation resistance check-up.
      • Check-up of the resistance value of the boiler’s sensors.
      • Re-tightening of the power cable connections according to the current torque.
      • Urgent problems are fixed immediately. Any spare part is billed.
